Tucked into the Washburn Valley, The Timble Inn has been welcoming people through its doors since the 18th century. Today it offers something most corporate venues can't: genuine peace and quiet, outstanding food, and a team that takes care of everything so you can focus entirely on yours.

We have several different settings to choose from depending on the size and nature of your group. Our private cottage lounge is the most popular choice for smaller corporate gatherings. Secluded, characterful, and entirely self-contained.

For larger groups, the snug offers a more spacious setting, while exclusive use of the whole inn gives you the full Timble Inn experience. nine bedrooms, all public spaces, and complete privacy for your team.

We're also available for corporate bookings on Mondays and Tuesdays

However you configure it, everything you need is provided as standard — refreshments, projector and screen, flipchart and stationery.

We've put together three starting points, each designed around how corporate groups actually use a day away from the office. All packages are tailored to your group. get in touch and we'll build something around you.

Room hire from £75 (half day) or £150 (full day) applies to delegate packages.

    £55 per person

    Arrival refreshments on the table when you walk in. A two-course lunch served by our team. One tea and coffee break with homemade biscuits. Everything you need, nothing you don't.

  • 9am–5pm
    £75 per person

    Arrival refreshments, two tea and coffee breaks, and a two-course lunch. A full working day with proper food and no compromises on what matters.

  • Overnight stay included
    £245 per person

    Everything in the Full Day package, plus an overnight stay in one of our nine en-suite bedrooms, a three-course evening dinner, and a full Yorkshire breakfast before a relaxed 11am checkout. For the teams that deserve more than a long drive home.

Every corporate menu at The Timble Inn is written around your group’s requirements,

the formality of the occasion, whether you want a working lunch or a proper sit-down dinner. Our kitchen holds 2 AA Rosettes and has done since 2016. We'll make sure the food is a highlight of the day, not an afterthought.
