Intimate Weddings — Non-Exclusive Hire

For smaller celebrations, private dining weddings, or couples looking for something relaxed and elegant with their closest guests. Ideal for 2–22 guests.

Swinsty Lounge (Cottage) — max 14 guests

  • Mon–Thurs: £550 (Jan–Apr/Nov) · £600 (May–Oct/Dec)

  • Fri–Sun: £850 (Jan–Apr/Nov) · £950 (May–Oct/Dec)

Includes 2 cottage bedrooms.

The Snug — max 22 guests

  • Mon–Thurs: £400 (Jan–Apr/Nov) · £550 (May–Oct/Dec)

  • Friday: £600 (Jan–Apr/Nov) · £750 (May–Oct/Dec)

  • Saturday*: £1,400 (Jan–Apr/Nov) · £1,600 (May–Oct/Dec)

*Saturday hire includes 3 bedrooms. Not available Sundays.

The Chapel — max 35 guests

  • Mon–Sun: £700 (Jan–Apr/Nov) · £900 (May–Oct/Dec)

Includes chiavari chairs, aisle runner, AV equipment and handwritten signage.

Exclusive Venue Hire

Make The Timble Inn entirely your own — min 18, max 35 guests.

  • Mon–Thurs: £4,000 (Jan–Apr/Nov) · £4,500 (May–Oct/Dec)

  • Fri–Sun: £5,000 (Jan–Apr/Nov) · £6,500 (May–Oct/Dec)

Includes: exclusive use of all function rooms, outdoor spaces and all 9 bedrooms, full breakfast for overnight guests, a dedicated wedding coordinator, and a menu tasting for two. Hire runs from 1pm on arrival day to 11am on departure day.

The Wedding Breakfast

£85 per guest — a three-course meal with two choices per course, built from fresh seasonal, local ingredients.

Canapés — from £4 per guest, per canapé.

Additional courses and evening food — from a cheese course to seafood platters — can be added once you're building your menu with us.

This is just a taste of what's on offer — our menus evolve with the seasons, so exact dishes may change closer to your big day. A small supplement applies to a handful of dishes, which we'll happily talk you through when building your menu together.

A Bespoke Banquet

For couples who want food to be the heart of their day.

Work directly with our head chef to design a completely bespoke menu, refined over a private tasting and served to a two-rosette standard on the day.

Staying the Night

Our nine boutique bedrooms can house up to 21 wedding guests overnight, including full Yorkshire breakfast.

Room upgrades and extras — including our dog-friendly rooms, sofa beds and twin configurations — available on request.

A Few Common Questions

  • Up to 35 for the ceremony and wedding breakfast, and up to 50 in the evening.

  • Yes — our on-site chapel seats up to 35 guests.

  • A complimentary tasting for two is included with exclusive weddings.

    Tastings can be added as a bolt-on for non exclusive weddings.

  • Yes, complimentary parking for all wedding guests.

Securing Your Date

A non-refundable deposit secures your wedding date: £500 for non-exclusive weddings, £1,000 for exclusive hire. Final numbers and pre-orders are confirmed 30 days before your wedding, with the balance due 21 days prior.
